It has already become a tradition, that for the commemoration of the storming of the Bastille on July 14, 1789, a giant classical music concert at the foot of the Eiffel Tower (Paris, France) takes place. Lawo is a proven technology partner of this event, because it meets the requirements on the live sound and live broadcasting.

Two mc²56 MkIII were used at the front of house: one for a premix of the soloists and choirs, and the other for the orchestra and the overall mix for the sound system.

A third mc²56 took care of the monitoring circuits on the stage in a two-operator configuration with two separate control surfaces.

Radio and television signal was mixed on a Lawo mc²66 in a Radio France mobile production unit.
